If you can genuinely utilize it without impacting your customer, fine
Manufacture overseas if you want to, but you'd better build in more inventory to account for shipping times/delays so you aren't hitting your customers with wait times in months instead of weeks.
But outsourcing customer service to people who aren't native English speakers? That's a pretty penny-wise-pound-foolish approach.
